FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we do is rooted in three simple but powerful commitments.
Who is this service for?
This service is for NDIS participants of any age — children, young people, and adults — who have funding for Daily Activities (Core Supports) in their NDIS plan. We support participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed. We also welcome participants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and have experience working with a wide range of physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities.
How do I access this service?
You can contact us directly by phone or email, or ask your support coordinator or local area coordinator (LAC) to refer you. If you’re self-managed or plan-managed, you can engage us directly. If you’re NDIA-managed, we’ll work through the myplace portal. Either way, we’ll guide you through every step.
What funding options are available?
Assistance with Daily Life is funded under Core Supports — Daily Activities in your NDIS plan. This applies whether you are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed. If you’re unsure what funding you have or how to use it, we’re happy to help you understand your plan — or connect you with a support coordinator who can.
