Endearing Care was founded on a simple but deeply held belief — that people with disability deserve more than adequate care. They deserve care that sees them.
Our founders, Titi and Bode, bring together years of experience in human services and nursing. They have witnessed first-hand the gaps that can exist between what participants need and what they receive. Endearing Care was born out of a commitment to close that gap.
Today, Endearing Care is growing — but our heart remains the same. Every decision we make comes back to one question: Is this truly in the best interest of the person we support?

Managing Director
Titi is a dedicated Human Services professional with a strong commitment to person-centred care and community impact. She holds a Bachelor of Human Services from Griffith University and has experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
Bode
Clinical Manager & Co-founder
Bode is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in high-risk and complex care environments. He is skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing critical situations, and delivering safe, effective care with professionalism and precision.
